The Community Preparedness Center of the Carolinas, operating as a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation located in South Carolina, provides community based awareness and prevention training, community outreach, and agency support for first responders with a variety of logistical capabilities. We do this for our communities, and our country, to educate both the private and public sector in topics pertinent to safety, security and sustainability in the aftermath of critical incidents.
We are registered as Educational Providers for Stop the Bleed and for Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC).
Karl de la Guerra brings over 46 years of operation experience in the protective services industry to our organization. A combination of military law enforcement, civilian law enforcement, U.S. Government security contracting, and international corporate security management.
